5 Journal Prompts for Anxiety

If you struggle with anxiety, you know how hard it can be to bring your thoughts back to center and refocus. While there are many methods to calm your anxiety, journaling is one of our favorites. But, knowing where to begin when journaling, can be daunting.

That’s why we’ve found 5 journal prompts to help you sort through your anxious thoughts and get back to center:

  1. What am I most worried about right now? How long have I been worried about it?
  2. What would happen if I stopped worrying about these things? How would my life be different?
  3. What do these worries say about me? What need/want am I afraid won’t be met?
  4. What actions can I take to begin releasing my concerns?
  5. Once I’ve released these worries, how will I reward myself?

These prompts are merely suggestions to help get you started. Feel free to follow your thoughts and sort them out in a way that works best for you and your lifestyle.
